How to verify your Stripe account for payouts
How to connect Stripe
How payouts work with Stripe
When you connect Stripe to your Payment Link, any payments you receive go directly into your Stripe account. But to transfer those funds to your bank, Stripe needs to verify your account details.
If your payouts haven’t arrived, your Stripe account might still need to be verified.
If your account has outstanding verification requirements, you'll see a red banner at the top of your Dashboard. Click Review details on the banner to see what is required to verify your account.

Common reasons for payout delays
Stripe pauses payouts until verification is complete. Here are the most common reasons that could be holding things up:
Incomplete or mismatched information
-
Your personal or business details don’t match official records.
-
Business registration documents are missing or outdated.
-
Your ID is blurry, expired, or unsupported.
-
Proof of address doesn’t match what's been submitted.
-
Bank account details don’t match the account holder info.
Missing beneficial ownership info
If your business has multiple owners, Stripe may need ID documents for anyone who owns or controls the business.
How to resolve verification issues
Most issues can be resolved directly in your Stripe Dashboard.
-
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
-
If there’s a red banner at the top, click Review details.
-
Follow the prompts to upload or update your information.
